PROTEI at Mobile World Congress-2017

PROTEI has once again participated in Mobile World Congress-2017, the most important mobile technologies trade fair in the world. The congress has taken place in Barcelona Spain from 27 February to 2 March 2017. PROTEI specialists presented our mobile and MVNO solutions at Hall 5 Booth 5H20!

PROTEI has exhibited together with our partners in the Middle East (MENA PROTEI Branch formerly known as Silat Solutions). As experts in mobile technologies, NGN and IMS our representatives at the event presented PROTEI new products and best practices of implementation. Complementing its MVNO/MVNE portfolio PROTEI firstly presented GGSN/PDN-GW at Mobile World Congress-2017. This node is the heart of Packed Core of mobile operator, responsible for interworking between the mobile network and external IP-networks. This network node involved in all key procedures related to the data traffic processing such as mobility management, session management and transport for Internet Protocol packet services in GSM, UMTS and LTE networks.

Professionals, industry speakers and companies from around the globe attend Mobile World Congress each year. The organizers summed up the results ant shown us that this yaer the event opened doors for 108,000 trade visitors and 2,200 exhibitors.

We demonstrated our well-known solutions for mobile operators and several novelties for MVNO/MNE and conducted negotiations with partners from MENA, Eastern Europe, South Affica and Latin America. PROTEI has already begun to develop new products that would be presented in Barcelona in 2018.
