PROTEI DPI-platform managed traffic in Tajikistan

Long-term cooperation with ""TT Mobile"" (trademark ""MegaFon-Tajikistan"") and PROTEI reached a new level. Nowadays all traffic in the network of the leading Tajjkistan operator are fully managed by PROTEI DPI-platform. Successful launch of the system has provided a great optimization of network resources and given an opportunity to offer new additional services for subscribers of ""MegaFon-Tajikistan"".

The new DPI-platform functionality such as signature-based and statistical-based detection of application layer protocols, dynamic bandwidth management and on-line monitoring of consumption was complemented by other functionality of our system — PROTEI Policy Controller (3GPP PCRF). In addition to the traditional functions of traffic management PROTEI specialists have integrated a content caching system, which provided additional logic to form exclusive service packages for subscribers.

Currently, the new system operates stable in the network and serves real traffic. As a result, TT-Mobile received a flexible tool for traffic prioritization, detailed statistics gathering and new tariff plans creation.
